1. General Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account on the fg33 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one fg33 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, fg33 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is registered with false or misleading information, it will be closed immediately.

• Your full name must be entered correctly
• Valid contact details (phone number, email) must be provided
• Payment information must be in your own name
• If any information changes, fg33 support must be notified without delay

2.4 Identity Verification

fg33 may request identity verification from a user at any time. If the required verification documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security

Ensuring the security of your fg33 account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your password with any third party
• Use a strong and unique password
• Always log out after using a public or shared device
• If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify fg33 support immediately

fg33 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account, unless that loss is directly caused by fg33's own negligence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at fg33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals generally take between 5 and 30 minutes to process
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed

4.3 Transaction Rejection

fg33 reserves the right to reject or delay transactions in the following cases: suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete account verification, or technical issues.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at fg33, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the fg33 platform
• Promotional offers apply to individual users; bonuses are not transferable
• fg33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user creates multiple accounts, uses someone else's details, or employs any other fraudulent method to obtain bonuses, fg33 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant accounts and forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular active play. fg33 reserves the right to modify the VIP Program terms at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion
